Again im breast feeding so am just trying to make good choices.

2 weetbix with milk
Lunch,,
2 burgen bread with sliced tomato
1/2 packet of rice crackers!!
snack
the other 1/2 of rice crackers
(feels sick!!)
Dinner
we had stew, with carrots, pototo, and onion
(and i didnt have bread with it, like i normally would)
supper..
i had a yoplait yoghrt
DAY TWO
Breakfast
two weetbix hibran with milk
morning tea
1/2 an apple
Lunch
two burgen toast with sliced tomoato
rice crackers
Afternoon tea
rice crackers
Dinner
two tacos with mince, lettuce, tomoto, cheese and salsa
supper
chocolate yoghurt (dairy food)
Day Three
Breakfast : 2 Weetbix with milk
Lunch : burgen salad sammie, with once peice of cheese
Rice crackers
afternoon tea: fresh n fruity yoghurt
Dinner: spag bol, smaller portion :-)
Day Four
Breakfast: bowl of weetbix
lunch: had 3 peices of sushi, didnt like it... so had a roll with ham and coleslaw at home, then had 10 rice crackers
afternoon tea: yoghurt
dinner: beef stirfry, mmmmm
Day Five
Breakfast: bowl of weetbix
Lunch:burgen ham and coleslaw sammie
afternoon tea:yoghurt, and rice crackers
dinner: chicken and veges, and roll
supper: shake, (banana, milk, berries, and i pottle yoghurt)
i went to the lactation consultant today, and spoke to her about keeping my milk supply and losing weight, she said to add more food - more protien into my day as i will be burning too many calories, and my supply will dwindle, so now i just need to really think about walking, not food,, which is not an issue,, just continue to cut out the crap. happy about that :-)
day six
bad day for shell today
left the house in a rush,, harsh day,,
didnt have breakfast, so i had a corned beef for lunch, then 3!! yes 3 bran muffins,
walked like 100kms it felt like, and didnt get any dinner out, so we had to decide what to have, we have no healthy options around here, so the kids and hubby had fish and chips and i wanted to get chinese,, im just so tired and so blah,, NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT BREAKFAST

lunch two peice of toast, with avacado as the spread and sliced tomoto
afternoon tea, : special shake
dinner: 2 home made blt sammies, mmmmm

morning tea: fresh n fruity yoghurt
lunch: mcdonalds, seared chicken snack wrap and banana berry smoothie
afternoon tea: 10 almonds
dinner: mince chow mein (home made) with 2 burgens
Day 9
breakfast: bowl of weetbix
lunch: 2 slices of burgen toast, with avocado spread and sliced tomato
afternoon snack: special shake
dinner: chicken and salad (lettuce, carrot, cheese, avocado, tomato)
supper: rice crackers and a yoghurt
Day 10
Breakfast: Bowl of weetbix
Lunch: two slices of burgen bread with avocado as a spread, and sliced tomoato, and yoghurt
Afternoon tea: special shake
Dinner: shepards pie mmmmm
Day 11
Breakfast 2 slices of toast with marmite
Lunch toast with sliced tomato
Afternoon Tea special shake
dinner chilli con carne
Supper yoghurt, and 2 bickies
Day 12
breakfast: bowl of special k
morning tea: slice of banana cake (at a la leache league meeting)
lunch: chicken salad roll
dinner: 2 home made fish burgers
2 x rtd drinks (bet that will set me back a bit!!!!)

Lunch: bacon and egg, salad sammie
Afternoon Tea: super shake, and small pack of rice crackers
Dinner: burritos,, mmmmmm
Supper: yoghurt :-)
Day 18

Lunch tomato and lettuce sammie
afternoon tea stroggin, and rice wafers
dinner: chicken salad,, it was so so nice
supper: super smoothie
