How am i surviving????
Its good tho, as its something that keeps my going,, when i dont have my friends walking with me, i get to listen to my music, and i LOVE walking listeing to music..
I do know that baggy will settle his feeds down a bit, and im just hoping i stay sane while we wait for it,,
anyway,, back out for another walk
we will be able to call me baggy soon,, my clothes are getting baggy wahooo

I am so tired
we took baggy to the osteo for cranial massage, so hopefully that makes a difference, my body and mind is just so exhausted.

Exercise journal,,
Day Two
today im walking the boys to daycare and back, its just a bit shorter then the 4 km walk,, i would guess 2.5kms
but am not sure,, will figure that out later,, anyway
because it was a shorter walk i did it twice, i picked my son up from daycare and walked home.
then after the kids were in bed, hubby and i did 10 minutes of cardio party turbo jam, and 10 mins turbo abs, man, they were hard,, i love the ab exercises tho,, which is good start,, need to get my cardio levels up before i can go back to body combat classes,, hopefully this coinsides with the baby stopping his cluster feeding :-)
Day Three
today i walked up to mums and bubs session down the road, then followed on to daycare, and back,, then had lunch, and walked to daycare and back again,
such a good walk,, have my mp3 player blasting, and just enjoying being out there in my community, lots of friendly smiles and greetings :-)
Day Four
Went into town today, bit of a busy day, got new walking shoes, and new socks, comfy socks, did groceries and all that,, but since i was in town so long i didnt get home in time to walk and drop off mr 2.. so i dropped him off on the way home. But did pick him up, and it was 2.5kms, and then did the 3.7kms walk i did before i got pregnant,, its got a mighty hill, and have to cross the highway, so its not one i can do often, as i didnt take the pram or baby, and baby cried from teh time i left till the time i got home, so cant do that one much :-( felt awesome tho!!
Day Five
what a horrid day, the kids were hard today, i didnt get a walk, or anything, but i will tomorrow, so thats good,, i will not let it stop me, this is a rest day (mental day off) not a give up
Day Six
Been out all day, walkign around our area, first did so much, my feet hurt. dont know how much we walked as it was here then, there, then up to the lake back down, went to fire station,, so much walking!!!
Day Seven
Went shopping today for hubby xmas pressie, after that i went for a 4,5km walk with kim,, she is so good, texts me most days, "walk?" with just that word i feel as tho i shoudl walk,, if she didnt text me i wouldnt have gone for a walk,, so she makes me feel good,, and another bonus, baggy sleeps when walk wahooooo
Week Two
Day 8
so tired today,, must have needed a rest day, i only managed 2 kms today, but im sure 2kms is better then none,,
Day 9
just the usual walk to daycare and back, then jumped 100 times on the tramp, harder then i thought,, then i did the daycare walk again,,
im enjoying it more now
and its not taking aslong :-)
Day 10
Walked 5kms today, and jumped on teh tramp 100 jumps, pretty tired today, but i am not walkign son to daycare tomorrow, so had to do a bigger walk today to make up for it.
Day 11
Walked two daycare and back, only managed 2.5 kms, as i had a busy afternoon, so couldnt walk him to daycare, but i did walk around pac n save twice, the joys of not having a list, so tired today,, i need to try get a nap one of these days!!!
day 12
Did the 4km up hill walk today, felt so good,, pretty tired, i was out and about today, i dont like it when im out and about, its too messy
Day 14
no exercise yesterday,, today i did the 4km walk :-) and 50 sit ups
Day 15
walked to playgroup and back today, and did sit ups and pressups, but it rained today, so couldnt take the kids out for my walk
day 16
today i walked to daycare, and then to the end of hika, thats 4.5 kms, then walked the 4kms walk,, baggy is going thru a growth spurt, and im so tired,,
day 17
Today was another good walk, i managed 9kms today, im still oh so so tired,, but at least im getting out there,, im not sure how i am managing!!!
Day 18
Today i got out and visited my cousin, and talked about walking up tiki hill with her,, that will be a nice challenge, then i did my groceries with a nice quiet baby, got home and rushed around putting shopping away,, then did 4.5kms,, then did it again,, it was hot the second time, far out, hahaha

supper: shake, (banana, milk, berries, and i pottle yoghurt)
i went to the lactation consultant today, and spoke to her about keeping my milk supply and losing weight, she said to add more food - more protien into my day as i will be burning too many calories, and my supply will dwindle, so now i just need to really think about walking, not food,, which is not an issue,, just continue to cut out the crap. happy about that :-)

bad day for shell today
left the house in a rush,, harsh day,,
didnt have breakfast, so i had a corned beef for lunch, then 3!! yes 3 bran muffins,
walked like 100kms it felt like, and didnt get any dinner out, so we had to decide what to have, we have no healthy options around here, so the kids and hubby had fish and chips and i wanted to get chinese,, im just so tired and so blah,, NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE WITHOUT BREAKFAST

So here I am
By the time i was 26 my weight crept up, i got up to 86 kgs, and wanted to get married,, i didnt really mind what weight i was, but i did need to fit into a dress my sister had purchased previously, so i had to fit into it to get married in it, i went to the gym everyday, twice a day, cardio, weights, and classes,. lost 4 kgs, in 4 weeks, got married,, then got pregnant.
my first weight in, with that pregnancy was 87kgs, i stopped weighing myself at 112, and i still had a way to go.
after i had my son i didnt really think about how big i was getting or the fact that i really didnt have many clothes that fitted me,, didnt bother with exercise, and drunk sugary alcohol.
It wasnt until we wanted to change our life insurance, that i had a wake up call,, i needed a medical and while the lady was here i asked if she was going to do a medical on my hubby, she said no, i wondered why she was on doing one on me,, she said its probably due to my weight, i was then at 99kgs!!!
The next week i went to see my dr and asked for reductial, and she also gave me an eating plan and an exercise plan, it was brilliant,, i couldnt stay on reductial very long, as i was suffereing from side effects, which was fine,, the short time i was on it, it had trained my brain to not need food all day, i was walking 4 kms 4-5 times a week, doing aqua jogging once a week, and body combat once a week. i managed to get down to 82 kgs, before xmas, then i fractured my ankle, then put my neck out, and by new years we had decided to try for another baby.
My first weigh in with this baby was again 87kgs. and again i gained so much weight with my pregnancy,, 27kgs, Baby is 7 weeks old, i am (or was at my last weigh in) 99kgs.
So hopefully by putting this out there, i am ready to start my next phase in my weight loss,, i am breast feeding at the moment, so its more of an exercise thing, then a food thing,,
but also going to be making healthy food choices for my snacks, by following teh eating plan my dr gave me a 18months ago.
and walk my son to daycare 3 days a week, starting off this way, and aim to get to the body combat classes,, its impossible at the moment with my baby cluster feeding at night, and hubby goes to the fire service trainings the same time as my class.
But he wont be cluster feeding forever and i aim to get fit enough to join up again,by the time he settles down.
I too will put up my measurements, as thats another indicator of my loss other then what it says on the scales.
