WELL WELL

Its been since november i think since i logged in last,,
i have been walking on and off, its been so hot,, but now im back to my routine, i have a friend who i walk with

we do about 4 - 5 kms a day,
Mondays i go to body combat, loving that,
and Tuesdays is my day for yoga,,
i have one day off a week from exercise.

i am registered in the Whangarei Beach to Basin, fun run/walk, and am signed up for hte 9.4km walk,,
im also putting my name down to do king of the mountain, which is going to be a huge challange, but i like challenges

ABOUT TIME you wrote in here lol. I check and check and gave up and thought maybe todya and look htere you are!! Some awesome goals to work towards well done!!
